What happens after I send the form?
Your request reaches our sales desk. If the description is complete we come back with the rating, the engine and alternator make, the enclosure, the price and the lead time. If a number is missing we ask for that specific number rather than guess at it.
What information do you need to quote a diesel generator set?
Four figures do most of the work: the rating in kVA and whether it is standby or prime duty, the voltage and frequency (400/230 V at 50 Hz, for example), the running load in kW with the largest motor that starts direct-on-line, and the site conditions – ambient temperature, altitude, dust and salt air. The enclosure, the tank autonomy and the control system then follow from what the site needs.
How do I send a load list or a tender document?
Send the form first so the request is registered, then send the file to zhangyi1236540@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Load lists, single-line diagrams and tender extracts are all read against the request you already sent, so a document that arrives later still lands on the same enquiry.
Which countries do you quote for?
We quote for projects in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Name the destination port or city in the form so that the freight element is inside the quotation instead of appearing later.
Do you supply both 50 Hz and 60 Hz sets?
Yes. 50 Hz builds run at 1500 rpm and are usually 400/230 V; 60 Hz builds run at 1800 rpm and are usually 480/277 V. 380 V, 415 V and 440 V three-phase builds are also common in the region.
Can you quote against a tender or a written specification?
Yes. Send the tender document and we return a quotation for the clauses that affect the set: rating and duty, enclosure and noise, control and paralleling, documentation, and factory testing.
